Health Claim Assistance, Inc. is
a service organization owned and managed by Susan A. Dressler.
Susan has worked for 17 years with insurance benefits and medical
claims. Her experiences throughout those years have given her an
in-depth understanding of the difficulties encountered by not only
the insured and their families, but by providers as well. She set
out to simplify matters for everyone and has built a solid
reputation on her ability to do just that.

Profession beganover 30 years ago when individuals realized that people
needed help understanding Medicare claim filing and claim resolution.
In 9/1990 it was mandated that all doctors/hospitals bill Medicare for
their patients, regardless of their assignment status, however people
still needed help in filing for second coverage after Medicare.
